Shipping policy

Keiwi Kosmetics will ship all packages via the United States Postal Service (USPS), unless another shipping carrier is selected during checkout.

Please allow 48-72 business hours for processing. All orders will be shipped on MONDAYS, WEDNESDAYS, and SATURDAYS only. During high volume sales and holidays, your package will be shipped in 7-10 business days. All customers will receive a notification via the provided email address once the package has been shipped.

International Customers:
Keiwi Kosmetics will not be held responsible for any additional custom or duty fees that may be charged upon delivery of your package, nor do we reimburse customers for these charges.

Please ensure that all shipping information is correct upon checkout, as we DO NOT cancel orders once they have been made. We do not adjust orders once they have been placed.
