We understand how important it is for you to receive your products in perfect condition. Unfortunately, the postal service can be careless with packages. Should you receive a damaged package you MUST complete the following steps within 24hrs of package delivery:
• Submit a photograph of the damaged product to keiwikosmetics@gmail.com
o Please include your order number in the email.
If your tracking information states that your package has been delivered, and you have not received your items 24 hours post delivery notification, please email keiwikosmetics@gmail.com and include your order number in the email. If our records indicate the package has been delivered, you must contact your local USPS office, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
All refunds will be issued in the form of a store credit or discount.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
